Our Policies.
At Royal Lash & Co, we strive to provide exceptional service to each and every client. We want you to leave feeling confident and satisfied with your experience.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within two days so that we can schedule an appointment to make any necessary changes.
To ensure that we can provide the best service to all our clients, we ask that you kindly adhere to the following policies:
COME ALONE
Please come alone to your appointment. No children, plus 1's or pets.
BOOKING FEE
All appointments require a non-refundable 50% booking fee. The remaining balance will be paid on the day of your appointment.
INFILLS
For infills, at least 50% of your lashes must remain. If it has been over 4 weeks since your last appointment, or if less than 50% of your lashes remain, this will be considered a full set.
CANCELLATIONS
We appreciate that plans can change unexpectedly.
For your convenience:

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to modify or cancel appointments of 1 hour or less.

For appointments longer than 1 hour, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is necessary.
Not meeting the above notice requirements will lead to a loss of your booking fee. Same-day alterations or missed appointments result in a charge of the full service fee to your saved card.
INSUFFICIENT FUNDS OR AFTER-HOUR PAYMENTS
Please note, if a cancellation fee is declined due to insufficient funds, an additional 10% will be added for the subsequent transaction and after-hours processing. Future appointments will be on hold until the fee is settled.
CREDITS
If you provide over 24 hours notice, your booking fee will be converted into a credit that can be used up to 8 weeks from your original booking.
RUNNING LATE
Your appointment time is booked only for you and the staff member. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we will cancel your appointment and charge 100% of the service.
